Data Use Policy
This policy states plainly what we do with that data, what we never do, and how we are engineered to protect it.

Your data belongs to you. Never to us.
All documents, lien letters, claims data, and associated materials uploaded to LienWorx remain the exclusive property of the client. We asserts no ownership, license, or rights over client data beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the service during an active session.

We do not track, store, or train on your data
Client data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model(s). We do not retain, index, or analyze the content of uploaded documents beyond processing them for the immediate task requested.

We store usage data for billing and invoicing only
We collect and retain session-level usage information such as volume of letters processed, number of claims reviewed, and timestamps of activity solely for the purposes of billing, invoicing, and account management. This telemetry contains no client document content. It is stored securely, accessible only to authorized personnel, and never sold or shared.

HIPAA-compliant engineering, end to end
LienWorx is built on the Verbotics AI platform, which is engineered to HIPAA standards throughout. This includes encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Verbotics AI maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, independently audited and verified by Prescient Assurance.

Client data is deleted when a session ends
When a session ends, all uploaded client data, including documents, extracted claims, and review outputs, is permanently deleted from our processing environment. We do not cache, archive, or retain any session data after the session closes. Clients who require written confirmation of data deletion may request it through their account contact.

Your data is processed within the United States
All client data processed through LienWorx is stored and processed exclusively within the United States.

We do

- Use client data for product analytics or benchmarking
- Aggregate or compare data across clients
- Sell, license, or monetize client data in any form
In more detail
Data in transit
All data transmitted between your browser and LienWorx is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. We do not accept unencrypted connections.
Data at rest
Any data temporarily held during an active session is encrypted at rest using AES-256. This data is scoped to the active session and purged upon session close.
Access controls
Access to processing infrastructure is role-based and limited to authorized Verbotics AI personnel. All access is logged and auditable.
Billing telemetry
Usage telemetry (letter count, claim count, session timestamps) is retained for the duration of the client relationship for invoicing purposes and purged upon contract termination.
Incident response
In the event of a security incident involving client data, affected clients will be notified promptly in accordance with applicable HIPAA breach notification requirements.
Data locality
All processing infrastructure is located within the United States. Client data is never transferred to, stored in, or processed from servers outside US jurisdiction at any point in the workflow.
